Effect of 'Bring Your Own Device‘ (BYOD) on Student Behavior, Well-Being, and Learning Economic Disciplines

Digital technologies are becoming an integral part of education. This study aims to quantify the effect Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) on student behaviour, welfare and learning using a sample Jordanian learners engaged in economic disciplines. Data from questionnaires were analyzed Student’s t-test. According results study, participants educational process generally recognize positive BYOD initiatives support their implementation. Female students reported negative effects behaviour more often than male students. Combining with traditional approach was effective implementing mode alone. Teachers prior experience rated higher scale those for first time. The present findings might be helpful university teachers administrators who want implement program; discipline does not matter.
